EYESLAY aims to ship your orders fast and efficiently. Please ensure that you give us the correct shipping address and information when making your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email. If for any reason you have not received your order within the estimated time frame we have given please contact us via email

We are not held responsible once the orders have been dispatched however we try our best to compensate lost parcels. Please bare in mind, it may take longer for you to receive a parcel if it is missing, please allow an extra 7 working days for it to return to our Head Quarters. Once it has reached our department, it will be mailed back out to the reciever.
return & exchange policy
EYESLAY has a strict returns policy in where we do not accept exchange or refunds for products unless they have been returned to our Head Quarters. In the unfortunate event you find that the product you have received is damaged, incorrect or defected, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase either via email or DM and one of our team will assist you further. We cannot replace products that are damaged due to customer mishandling. In very small cases, we will ask you to provide photographic evidence of product defects / damage, however the product must still be returned to us if the customer wishes to be refunded or eligible for exchange. Return shipping and packaging fees will be provided / funded by us, for orders that are damaged, incorrect or defected.
